Warren CAT Purchases Legacy Equipment in Hugo, OK
MIDLAND, TEXAS, USA – September 13, 2023 – Warren CAT officials are excited to announce the integration of Legacy Equipment in Hugo, OK into the Warren CAT family. For over 35 years Warren CAT has been a fixture in the heavy equipment industry for the territory, and starting September 13, 2023, this new merger will expand dealership capabilities and improve customer service by adding coverage for Southeast Oklahoma.
The addition of the Hugo, OK location will help Warren CAT increase same-day parts availability, improve field and shop service capabilities, add equipment rental availability, increase coverage of and service to the area’s quarry and mining industry and give opportunities for improved equipment service and preventative maintenance to local businesses.
