What Is a Customer Value Agreement

A CVA is a hassle-free ownership and maintenance agreement between you and Warren CAT that includes a custom-tailored package of services for your equipment ranging from simple Preventative Maintenance Kits to more comprehensive, sophisticated Total Cost Performance Guarantees, all designed to fit your business and help lower your cost per unit of production.

And you’ll never be locked into a long-term agreement. You can modify or cancel your CVA at any time simply by giving us a 30-day notice.

Our professionally trained and certified technicians assist you by maintaining your equipment, helping drive down your operating costs. These services can include inspections, oil change/oil analysis, remote monitoring, proactive repair work, guaranteed service intervals or “beyond the engine” maintenance/repair.
