Warren CAT Training Center

Warren CAT opened a new state-of-the-art training facility in Brownfield, Texas in the summer of 2022. This new Service and Training facility is headquarters for Warren U, a one-year training program combining hands-on and classroom learning. In addition to being placed at a Warren CAT location upon program completion, selected candidates will get relocation assistance, a tool and toolbox package*, housing reimbursement and excellent trainee base pay. Tech Wars

Tech Wars is an annual friendly multi-dealership competition between Cat technicians to demonstrate their technical skills and compete for top technician honors, plus some fantastic prizes! The competition is divided into four categories (trucks, electric power generation, engines and machines), featuring multiple skills tests, a written technical knowledge exam and hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting.
