Your tier is determined by your annual parts and service spend, new Cat machine purchases and whether you have a Cat Commercial Account or not. As your spending increases, you advance through the tiers and unlock more exclusive benefits and rewards – including professional tips, product insights and Cat Credits. Once you reach a tier, you keep that status for the remainder of the year in which it’s achieved, as well as the following year, during which additional Cat Credits will be deposited into your account. Refer to the chart below for more details.
If you have a Cat Commercial Account, you can earn even more through Cat Rewards. Eligible accountholders earn 1% back on eligible purchases made with the Cat Commercial Account. Accountholders automatically qualify for Silver tier status, which includes $125 in Cat Credits each year.
