Leadership Development Program
When we hire people to join the Warren CAT family, one of the largest Caterpillar dealerships in the United States, we look for individuals who not only have the necessary skills but who are innovative, inquisitive, proactive and passionate about their work. And for select employees, Warren CAT provides the opportunity to participate in a fast-paced Leadership Development Program (LDP), a 12-month rotational program where participants fully immerse themselves in the day-to-day operations of the business.
Throughout the program, participants receive on-the-job training in multiple areas of the business, gaining a holistic perspective to learn how we work as a team and build lasting relationships across our various business divisions.
