Parts Availability Commitment
Your maintenance and common repair parts available by the end of the next business day — backed by a Cat Credit guarantee if we can’t deliver.
- If we can’t deliver your part on time, you’ll receive Cat® Credit up to $1,000.
- Applies to maintenance parts needed by the end of the next business day and common repair parts within two business days.
