Cat Credits are sent via email with a 16 digital certificate from Cat Financial after you receive an award from a promotional program or redeem Cat Rewards.

You can view available Cat Credits linked to your account through MyCatFinancial, under Rewards.

In-store: Show your certificate
Online: Choose Cat Credits as a payment method on Cat Central or Parts.Cat.com
