The Warren CAT Custom Hydraulic Service (CHS) is a sales support program built around three elements of hydraulic system management: Technical Inspections, S O S Services, and Contamination Control.
Technical Inspections
The basis of CHS is a comprehensive machine inspection performed on-site by a dealer technician. Warren CAT is equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment to quickly analyze and evaluate the performance of your hydraulic system. Results from the various inspections and fluid sampling are compared against new machine specs and a report is issued with recommendations for corrective action.
Contamination Control
If oil is leaking out…dirt is getting in and even the smallest particles can do major damage. Cat filters, oils, and seals are specifically designed for your machine’s hydraulic systems. Keep it CAT. Non CAT…Not a problem. Warren CAT provides quality repairs for all makes and models of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves and hoses. This includes assembly/disassembly benches, plus pre and post repair high flow and pressure test fixtures that meet the high torque requirements of today’s equipment, including excavators.
