A Customer Support Agreement (CSA) is any arrangement between you and Warren CAT to help control your cost per unit of production. Agreements are tailored to fit your particular situation and can range from simple Preventive CSA Kits to comprehensive Total Cost Performance Guarantees.
Developing the CSA that's right for you always begins with a careful assessment of your needs. Flexibility is the most important feature of any Warren CSA. There are no pre-set requirements or specific products and services that you must agree to buy. In every instance and with every machine, Warren CAT works with your to create an individualized plan. Depending on your needs, your costs can be flat-rate montly fee, or an agreement based on actual production hours. The CSA can be changed or canceled with a short, 30-day notice.
