Warren CAT’s Leadership Development Program offers a unique training opportunity for college graduates who are looking for a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on Service and Sales Management. During the program, participants work directly with key personnel to build cross-functional experience and develop the necessary skills for a long and rewarding career with Warren.
As a member of the program, you have the opportunity to be part of an organization that boasts a multitude of opportunities for personal and professional growth. Depending on your personal area of interest, your advancement opportunities are vast including managing parts distribution, providing service options, maintaining our fleet service, and planning your future as a member of our corporate management team.

The Leadership Development Program is a nine month training developed to enhance leadership skills and provide a thorough understanding of our organization.
Throughout the duration of the program, participants will rotate through our different departments, including:
• Parts
• Service
• Finance
• Warranty
• Safety
• Environmental
• And more…
Candidates will also attend Caterpillar training classes, along with additional training courses. This rigorous training period is designed to strengthen analytical skills with regards to problem solving and customer relations pertaining to Caterpillar principles. Upon completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to meet with members of our management team to discuss and develop a successful career path with Warren.
