Full-Time Employee Benefits
Warren CAT’s benefit program is one of the most competitive in the industry and is an important facet of our commitment to preserve and improve the quality of life of our employees.
• Medical Insurance
o Blue Cross/Blue Shield manages our medical, dental & prescription drug insurance programs and is offered to full-time employees and eligible dependents. There are three coverage plans to choose from, a Co-Pay Plan, an 80/20 CDHP and HDHP.
• Dental
o Dental insurance is offered to full-time employees and eligible dependents.
• Vision
o Vision insurance is offered to full-time employees and eligible dependents through VSP.
• Paid Holidays/Vacation
o Employees accrue vacation time in accordance with their years of service.
o Eight paid holidays per year. New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
o Sick leave offered to all regular full-time employees.
• 401(k)
o Supplements retirement savings through voluntary employee pretax contribution of 1% to 100% of your eligible pay.
o Company contributions have a progressive annual vesting schedule.
• Educational Reimbursement
o Upon approved course completion, employee is eligible for the maximum tuition and book expense reimbursement.
• Medical Flexible Spending / HSA
o Employees are able to establish reimbursement/withdrawal accounts to cover medical expenses not paid by insurance.
o Dependent Care Flexible Spending

• Profit Sharing
o As a private company, we are able to offer an annual profit sharing bonus to our employees.
• Direct Deposit Pay
o Employees are highly encouraged to have their entire paycheck direct deposited into their designated account/s.
o Company provided Basic Life at 1 x annual salary up to $50,000 for all regular full-time employees.
• Supplemental Life Insurance
o Employees are eligible for term life and AD&D insurance coverage for themselves and eligible dependents. Coverage is offered to full-time employees at a minimal cost.
o Additional life benefit of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 times base annual salary.
• Short / Long Term Disability Insurance
o Insurance which is designed to supplement a portion of the income if the employee is disabled due to an illness or accident that occurs away from work.
o Company paid Long Term Disability for all regular full-time employees.
• AFLAC
o Company provides the opportunity to enroll in supplemental insurance through AFLAC.
• Group Home and Auto
o Warren CAT in cooperation with Caterpillar insurance provides you the opportunity to purchase home and auto insurance at group rates with MetLife.
• Service Award Program
o Annual banquet and awards in five year increments of service.
• Bereavement Leave
o Warren CAT will provide three paid days off in the event of a death in the immediate family.
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
o EAP, provided by Ceridian Corporation provides confidential counseling on personal, legal, financial, work-life and estate issues.
• Employee Referral Bonus Program
o This program is 100% voluntary for those who formally refer applicants.
• Tool Accounts
o The company maintains a tool account program to assist employees with the purchase of tools needed to perform their job duties.
• Safety Prescription Eyewear
o Employees required to wear prescription safety glasses are eligible to participate in this company program and pre-approval is required.
• Safety Footwear
o For employees who are required to wear steel toe safety shoes, the company will reimburse the maximum allowance on safety boots once a year.
• Employee Self Service Website
o ADP Employee Self Service provides employees with immediate internet/intranet access to their own personal information.
• Jury Duty
o Calculated on base payrate times 8 hours per day and employee may keep any fees received from the courts. Proof of Jury duty is required.
